Thanks, Lils...you're the perfect case-study! The issue seems to be that females form a small proportion of those studying IT or going into IT careers (was 22%, now 18%), but ethnic minorities are quite well represented. It's the opposite in creative media: lots of women, but not many ethnic minorities. Dunno why but I'm meant to find out!
