They said that to me too, Kaz. Not sure if they mean it, though! They told me I didn't have enough experience! No mention of the holiday, which I'm fairly sure was the real reason. Shall we set up an alternative eCPD for novices??
I've named my blog 'The Novice at the gate' in honour of also being told that I didn't have enough e-learning experience, this time for eCPD .. Oh well..
njeans@gmail.com, Chris. I'm still mending my leg: they want to do yet another op, this time on my big toe. The SYELP job ran out of Euro funding in September, so I've now joined the freelance ranks, seeking to make a bob or two from staff development days, projects etc. I'm also off to Vietnam for a month from January 19th.

I know...genuinely striking how much more interactive the proposals from Jaiku gang are, compared to most others.

@KarenF - is that what you have been told?
When I didn't get the e-guides post, I was told that I didn't have a good enough understanding of e-learning!

And I thought that's what I had been doing for the last 6 years...but at least I will be kept in mind for other stuff if needed, so that's good :o)
